Copyright and Takedown Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This page explains how FilContent handles news sources, external media, and copyright takedown requests.
News Sources
FilContent displays titles, summaries, and links from third-party sources to help users discover content ideas. News, article text, and images remain owned by their original rights holders.
We do not sell source content or grant users the right to copy articles or images as-is. Users should open the original source when they need the full details.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing posts before publication and confirming that the copy is original and that any image or video is owned or licensed for use.
When using a news item as inspiration, rewrite it and do not publish the full article text or source image without permission.
Takedown Requests
If you are a rights holder and believe content published through FilContent infringes your rights, email hello@filcontent.com with the content URL, a clear description of the rights involved, and contact details.
We will review requests in good faith and take appropriate action, including removing content or asking the user for more information.
